Kia ora e te whānau! My name is Annaliese and I am very happy to announce that I am your Administrative Vice President of AUTLSS for 2024!

 

At AUT I am doing a double degree of Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Criminology and Criminal Justice and Minoring in New Zealand Sign Language. I am finally nearing the end of my degrees so I am super excited for that!

 

I have a big interest in Criminal Law and surrounding issues such as equity and justice. As Administrative Vice President, my main role among other things are to support the President. This year I will be supporting the amazing Saleha in her role to help take pressure off her and help her out where possible. As well as that I will be connecting with all other members of our Executive to provide any support they may need in their roles. But that's enough about that, I'm super keen to ensure that all of our Executive members have the best support possible so we can do our absolute best for AUTLSS members and the wider AUT Law Student body.
