Academic support and student development is of the utmost importance to us. You can find information about education events and initiatives below. Aside from external programmes, we also run exam wānanga during the year to assist with preparation for exams.
AUTLSS x Dentons New Zealand Mentorship Programme
Each year, Dentons New Zealand sponsors a mentorship initiative where senior students are assigned a junior student to mentor for the year. The firm provides a leadership training for the mentors, and hosts a launch evening at their firm typically in mid-March.
Information about how to sign up will be made available to students in the first week of semester.
Exam Wānanga
AUTLSS collaborates with our student club partners at Te Aro Ture and AUTPLSS to put on exam wānanga for students in each semester, typically in the lead up to examinations. These are hosted on South Campus and generously supported by our collective sponsors (LexisNexis insofar as AUTLSS involvement is concerned).
